Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation from Setsque.
Cancellation Policy
- Once a booking has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers are requested to carefully verify all booking details before completing payment.
Refund Policy
- All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or changes in personal plans.
Visit Date Change
Requests to change the visit date may be considered solely at the discretion of Setsque and are subject to availability.
Approval of a date change does not constitute a cancellation or refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event that Setsque is unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, the management will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
